Watch the video below and answer enough questions to get 10 points. You can choose any question that you find easy, but answer enough questions to get 10 points. On lined paper, write the question numbers you choose along with your answer and submit it tomorrow.

Here you will learn about how the Christmas Tree was included into Christmas.


2. 'The History behind Guy Fawkes Day' Skit by 'Horrible Histories'
      Guy Fawkes day / Fireworks Day is a day that is remembered in UK when Guy Fawkes almost succeeded in blowing up the king and all the government members some 400 years ago. Guy Fawkes was a Catholic Christian who did not agree with the Protestant government of that time, and wanted to install a new Catholic King.
      On this day, they build a big bonfire and sometimes place an effigy / statue of Guy on it, though in the past (due to anti-Catholic feelings) this used to be a figure of the Catholic Pope. Fireworks are also displayed to commemorate this day of 'Gunpowder, Treason and Plot'
